Lakota Moss

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Lakota moss. Lakota was born 01/06/2012 in Hillsboro, Ohio at chaparral farm wolf ranch. Lakota passed away suddenly during transport to animal emergency after a brief illness on 02/05/2023. Lakota joined the moss pack in 2012 with pack mates Comanche, and alpha Apache. Lakota became the pack alpha at 2 years old after the passing of Apache and Comanche. New pack mates Mohegan and banshee joined the pack after Apache passed in 2013. Banshee was Lakota’s full-blooded brother. Lakota was an awesome alpha training and controlling the pack and house until his passing. Lakota was an extremely loving, and intelligent alpha wolf hybrid. Lakota’s final resting place will be Grandview pet cemetery next to pack mates, Apache, and Comanche. Gone to soon but lives in our hearts forever. Loved by Larry, Katy, Mohegan, & brother Banshee.
